What does UL1 mean in Red Hat EL 6 (UL1+) or Oracle Linux 6 (UL1+)

What does UL 1+ mean? UL stands for Update Level 1+ means all version numbers after and including 1, for example, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3... Refer Oracle Linux 6 Certification document .
